Yes. Most HIVE pieces are made to order in small batches after your order is placed. This helps us keep the shop fresh, offer more options, and avoid overproducing.

Please allow 7–14 business days for production before pickup or shipping.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because most HIVE items are made to order, all sales are final unless there is a defect or mistake with your order.

Please double-check your size, color, and design before placing your order. If something arrives wrong or damaged, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Will designs always be available?

Not always. HIVE launches new drops quarterly, and some designs may retire as the shop evolves.

If you see something you love, grab it while it’s here — some pieces may not come back.

How do I care for my HIVE apparel?

Wash inside out with cold water. Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results.

Do not bleach, and do not iron directly over the design. Treat it kindly and it’ll stay nice longer.
